    Too much salt! I didn’t even use the full amount and this dish was way too salty.

    While quarantined and now retired, I have been cooking. A lot. I found Joanna’s Chicken Florentine recipe in the Parade magazine and tried it. It was wonderful! Full of flavor and perfect with a salad and crusty bread. Next time I’ll increase the cream/wine sauce by 50%. I did add a few cherry tomatoes for color and to use them up before they went bad. When we can again entertain freely, this will be the first meal I’ll prepare. Restaurant worthy!
