Recipe: S’mores Pudding
What’s my favorite part of camping? Looking at the stars, spending time with friends and family, and, duh, S’MORES! There’s nothing better than roasting a marshmallow over a campfire to perfection (or burnt to a crisp if you’re like me) and squeezing it between melted chocolate and two crunchy graham crackers. YUM!
Now that I live in the city finding an open campfire is more difficult and microwave s’mores just aren’t the same. Thanks to Emeril I have finally found a way to enjoy my favorite campfire treat when a campfire just isn’t available with this recipe for S’mores Pudding from Emeril’s Cooking with Power. These delicious pudding cups topped with crushed graham crackers and ooey-gooey marshmallows aren’t as messy as the original but are just as tasty, and they put my multi-cooker to good use! Create your own campground with a fort or tent in the backyard, turn the phones off, and spend some quality time with one of my great loves: chocolate. You could invite your friends and family to join too.
