The 100 Fried Chicken

Coconut oil
1 egg
2 cups coconut flour
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced across to make 4 thin breast cutlets

Add coconut oil to a large skillet and heat it over medium heat.
Beat the egg in a shallow bowl and spread the coconut flour on a plate.
Dip the chicken culets in the egg, then coat them in the coconut flour.
Fry the chicken on both sides until cooked through and golden.

  4. First of all I would like to say superb blog! I had a quick question which I’d
    like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing.

    I have had trouble clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there.
    I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15
    minutes are usually wasted just trying to figure
