Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 flatbread
  • 5 large black olives, roughly chopped (26 cals)
  • 25g (1oz) light feta cheese, cut into cubes (45 cals)
  • 5cm (2in) piece cucumber, diced (10 cals)
