This philosophy shines in his first cookbook The Quick Six Fix, where Stuart teaches you how to take smart shortcuts, like pairing key store-bought items with homemade ingredients, to cut kitchen time and save you money. Stuart received his B.A. in Culinary Arts from the Dublin Institute of Technology, and after traveling throughout Europe and training in Bordeaux, he moved to the United States to train in Napa before settling down in Los Angeles where he's a renown celebrity chef.
