One-Pot Blogger of the Week

The One-Pot Blogger Cooking Party is underway and for those of you who’ve been following, I’m sure you can agree that these bloggers sure know how to throw a party! Over the past week, we’ve seen an amazing array of recipe samplings from Sizzling Skillets and Other One-Pot Wonders and one of my favorite posts to date, Banh Xeo – Vietnamese Crepe, comes from blogger Matt Weber who writes for Thyme in our Kitchen.

Matt Weber’s Bio

Celebrating the gourmet in every day is about enjoying great food on more than just special occasions. Bringing together fun and exciting ingredients and showing off your skills to create dishes that would be at home in any restaurant or bakery.

This is the theme Matt Weber strives to achieve while blogging at Thyme in our Kitchen. For over a year now, Matt has been posting his interpretations of gourmet dinners, desserts and baked goods. With no formal training, Matt cooks for the pure joy that comes from sharing his food with others and, well, because he loves to eat!

What an insightful post and exctaly what I needed to read this a.m. But yes, hope is on the horizon. More and more people are sitting up and taking notice that maybe they can be responsible for their own health and nutrition, and just maybe we’ve always done it that way’ isn’t the best way.Sue in Ohio
