  • Valentine’s Day Good Bites

Happy Valentine’s Day to all my fellow cookbook lovers! Let’s see all the love our cookbooks have been getting lately in this week’s Good Bites.

Good Morning America’s recipe page has posted a fabulous recipe for a flourless chocolate cake by Emeril Lagasse that would make a perfect Valentine’s Day treat for a loved one (or for yourself!)

Sweet Magic (a cookbook from our friends at Ecco) was featured in the The Post and Courier in a piece about sweets for your sweet.

If you’re looking Valentine’s Day treats for all ages, the Pocono Record says to look no further than Alice’s Tea Cup. The article includes the recipe for Queen of Hearts Linzer Cookies that is sure to please all the special people in your life.

ProjectFoodie highlights Rick Rodgers’ newest books, Tea and Cookies and Coffee and Cake, as two yummy new cookbooks that include plenty of “sweets for your sweetheart.”

Also—be sure to check out two of our favorite authors’ blogs for some of their favorite Valentine’s Day recipes; SouthernPlate by Christy Jordan and ThePioneerWoman by Ree Drummond.
